I think you have to really like attention to own
a PT Cruiser, as everybody within sight of the car
was checking it out, young and old alike. It is
without a doubt one of the most unique looking cars
on the road, talk about old being new! I thought
the pictures were sharp looking, but getting up
close, you can appreciate the modern look of a retro
idea. Starting at the front end, the PT Cruiser
is very handsome, with a large slotted grill and
sleek headlamps.
The
thick front bumper splits the grill and is flush
to the fenders, however doesn’t quite wrap around
the bottom of the fender enough to protect the paint
from that rogue shopping cart. The hood, fenders,
sides, and especially the rear hatch look like something
right out of the early 40’s, slightly customized
for that Saturday night cruise, with flared front
fenders, tall roofline, and glass all around, not
to mention heavy chromed door handles. |
